Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AwardPass you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Not financial advice

AwardPass is a personal budgeting tool. Payment suggestions, transfer-partner ratios, and point simulations are estimates based on the data you and the linked institutions provide and on publicly documented rewards programs. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying amounts before sending any payment.

Your account

You sign in with a passkey tied to your device. Keep your device secure — anyone with access to it can sign into your account. Notify us at support@awardpass.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service. Do not use AwardPass to store accounts that are not yours.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but provide AwardPass "as is" without uptime guarantees. The service depends on third parties (Plaid, hosting provider) we do not control.

Limitation of liability

AwardPass is not liable for late-payment fees, interest charges, missed rewards, transfer-partner devaluations, or other losses arising from your use of the service. Verify your payments with your bank and card issuer.

Trademarks

Airline names and logos, card issuer names, and rewards program names are trademarks of their respective owners. AwardPass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, bank, card issuer, or rewards program. We show these marks only to identify the flights, cards, and programs being described.

Airline logos are loaded from their source and are not stored or redistributed by AwardPass. If you own a mark shown here and want it removed, write to support@awardpass.app and we will take it down.

Data attribution

Some airport lounge locations come from OpenStreetMap. Data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Which lounges you can enter is our own curation, not OpenStreetMap's, and may be wrong or out of date — check with the lounge before relying on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email.
